Lansdowne and Purcellville: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Stone Springs: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 9 a.m.
Our morning same-day sick visit hours are for established patients only.
These appointments are reserved for acute, urgent sick visits only. This time is not appropriate for chronic health issues, physical examinations and emergency room follow-ups. Please call the office and schedule an appointment for these issues.
Scheduled & Weekend Appointments:
Lansdowne and Purcellville: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Stone Springs: Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m.- 4 p.m.
Saturdays: Appointments are available in the Lansdowne office from 9 a.m. to Noon. Saturday appointments are scheduled on a call-in basis only (no walk-ins), and are reserved for acute, urgent sick visits only. Phones turn on at 8:30 a.m.
Sundays: Appointments are available in the Purcellville office from 9 a.m. to Noon. Sunday appointments are scheduled on a call-in basis only (no walk-ins) and are reserved for acute, urgent sick visits only. Phones turn on at 8:30 a.m.

There is a $25 fee to use the nurse triage service after 12 AM Mon-Fri, and after 10 PM Sat-Sun.
