We take great pride in our exceptional patient care and our friendly staff and healthcare providers. We have three locations in Loudoun County, weekend urgent care hours, and 24-hour emergency on-call availability 365 days a year.
We accept new patients in all offices and are generally able to see sick patients on a same-day basis.
After-Hour Emergencies
Loudoun Pediatric Associates has partnered with Hello Pediatrics to provide after-hours services for our patients, 7 days a week (including holidays). Hello Pediatrics is a group of board-certified pediatricians and pediatric-trained nurses that provide after-hours triage and if needed, telemedicine services starting at 5 PM (12 PM on Saturdays & Sundays).
Telemedicine service will be billed to your insurance and are available from:
5 PM-12 AM Monday-Friday
12 PM-12 AM Saturday & Sunday
Triage service will also be available until office opening hours the following day. Please note that these after-hours services are for urgent medical matters only; no appointment requests, referral requests, or prescription refill requests will be honored on this line. Please call our offices during business hours for routine questions or concerns.
***Please note that there is a $25 charge for using the triage/advice service (there will be no triage charge if you see Hello Pediatrics for a televisit)***

Advice Nurse
We offer Advice Nurse service during normal business hours. The Advice Nurse can speak to you about a variety of issues, including developmental concerns, over-the-counter medications, and symptoms that may warrant an office visit. The Advice Nurse also may refill some prescriptions. To reach the Advice Nurse in Lansdowne, call 703-723-7337 and ask for the Triage Nurse. In Purcellville, call 540-338-7065 and ask for the Triage Nurse.
Insurance Participation
As part of Loudoun Medical Group, P.C., Loudoun Pediatric Associates accepts most insurance plans. However, please call your insurance plan before scheduling an appointment in order to verify that our providers participate with your plan.
